The GAP Coalition of Chester County (GAPCCC) is dedicated to supporting individuals and families in need throughout Chester County by increasing access to food and essential resources. Through our annual Thanksgiving food distribution, we help ensure that families facing financial hardship can enjoy a meaningful holiday meal with dignity and peace of mind.
