Purpose
GAP Coalition of Chester County bridges the gap for people who are ineligible for services because of where they live or the specific populations that other organizations serve. For example, some organizations only serve single women with children, while others only serve veterans. These organizations cannot service other people who need help, and that is where we fill in the gap.

Our mission is to help underserved individuals of diverse backgrounds meet basic needs and foster lasting upliftment for a stronger, more inclusive society.
Our Vision
By interrupting the pipeline of exclusion, we aim to support a community where no one is left behind due to geographical limitations, lack of awareness or without the vital assistance they require to thrive.
